Polypropylene needle felt is widely used in liquid filtration industry. It is based on the excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and hydrolysis stability of polypropylene fiber. The deficiency lies in the low softening point of polypropylene fiber and the Guang Min property of polypropylene fiber, so we can only use it under the condition that the temperature requirement is not high and the working environment is relatively close and not in direct sunlight.

According to industry and mining, we choose different needle felt. Our products mainly include ordinary conventional polypropylene needle felt and high strength needle felt. Different from the base cloth used in the compound layer of needle felt, it affects the overall strength of filter material.
