Polyester needle felt is the main filter material in bag dust collector. It uses nonwoven needle punching technology to carding and laying polyester staple fiber into felt by combing and laying net on the fiber interlaced and evenly distributed in the fine fiber cloth. This filter material has high strength. Good elastic recovery, stable size, good wear resistance, large porosity, good air permeability, long service life, good dust removal effect, good mechanical properties and acid and alkali resistance at room temperature (below 130 ℃). Therefore, polyester needle felt is the most cost-effective filtration medium at low temperature.

According to the dust characteristics of different manufacturers, polyester needle felt is often mixed with antistatic fibers, firing, rolling, water repellent and oil proof impregnation, etc. The original properties of the polyester needle felt are easy to remove ash (dust peeling off fast, water and oil repellent (anti-condensation, antistatic property, forming a series of products).
